I recently watched the Netflix-serie The Leopard. Beautiful Italian production. So many captivating vistas. I need to go to Italy soon. I grabbed around 16 frames for my Pureref-doc where I collect cinematic marvels.

Then I jumped into Gaea and made some landscape meshes, brought those into Max, set-up a few scatter-systems, played with light and composition for a long time. Built a foreground element, grabbed an old cape-mesh from an old project. Rendered. Into Photoshop and started to get the colors dialed. Repainted and photobashed some stuff. Painted details. Replaced the sky, added clouds. Wonderful process.
